SKG4
gas-fired steam humidifier
The most compact gas-fired steam humidifier in capacities from 0-100l/h per module. A maximum of 4 modules per master slave configuration (400l/h) are possible. The gas-fired burner is modulating and is located on top. The flame and flue gas outlet are located in a stainless steel spiral in the removable stainless steel water. Very efficient and fast heating, large control range in capacity. The flue gas outlet is located at the top on the side. A closed and an open version is available. An outdoor installation is also available.
Of course, the necessary accessories are also available, such as custom-made stainless steel steam distributors and optionally insulated for reduction of condensation losses up to 80%.

Simplicity in maintenance
- Free the water supply connection of the tank with the quick connect
- Remove the tank clamp band
- Load the tank bags, use the built-in lift mechanism
- Remove the tank from the housing and remove the limestone
Control
The printed circuit boards are produced and developed by the manufacturer in its own SMT line. This guarantees the presence of knowledge and follow-up. The SKG4 uses the multiplatform, which is also used on other models. Operation is via a large LCD display with backlight and push buttons. By default, multiple login levels, alarm logging, trends and service messages are possible. The modern PID hygrostat is included, so easy to use standalone. Connections are of course provided for release, maximum hygrostat, alarm and commissioning notification. Connections for analog inputs and for modulating control are also provided.
